Şanlıurfa YEDAM Opened with the Participation of President Erdoğan

The collective opening ceremony of the Green Crescent Consulting Centers (YEDAM), which started to serve in 81 provinces of Turkey, including Şanlıurfa, and in the TRNC, was held with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the Green Crescent Headquarters.

Reminding that very important research and projects were carried out in Şanlıurfa in the fight against addiction, the Alcohol and Substance Addiction Treatment Center (AMATEM) and Child and Adolescent Substance Addiction Treatment Center (ÇEMATEM) were completed and put into service, Governor Abdullah Erin said, Expressing that YEDAM, which was put into service by the Green Crescent in Şanlıurfa, which undertakes an important mission throughout the world, will also fill an important gap, and thanked those who contributed.

Green Crescent Şanlıurfa Branch President Muharrem Çelik, who stated that they are very happy with the introduction of an important service in the fight against addiction, said, "Even though it is possible to get support from YEDAM by phone, our citizens may prefer to come to the center physically and meet with the experts face to face. The service of YEDAM in Şanlıurfa is of great importance in terms of being close to our citizens who need us. It is a great honor for us to hold this opening ceremony with the participation of our President. We sincerely thank them for taking ownership of our fight against addiction and always supporting us.
