Minister Varank, who came to Van for the opening of the "Sky Observation Event" held in Van after Diyarbakir, opened the collective opening of 4 projects within the scope of the Attraction Centers Program, the allocation of 8 factories within the scope of the Working and Producing Youth Program and the Van Textile and Ready-to-Wear Organized Industrial Zone. Speaking at the ceremony held in the Organized Industrial Zone, Varank said that while accelerating the economic development of the city, on the other hand, they will perpetuate the development process that will bring young people together with science and technology. Explaining that they will put very important investments into service in the city, Varank said, “We are talking about a project inventory with an investment amount of 840 million TL at current prices. First of all, we will inaugurate 4 projects that we have implemented in Van with the support of our Ministry. With these projects, we strengthen the infrastructure of OIZs in Van and support the development of entrepreneurship. Secondly, we are giving the start of 18 private sector investments to be made in the textile and ready-made clothing sectors.” used the phrases.

TEXTILE FACTORIES

Referring to the textile factories established under the coordination of the Eastern Anatolia Development Agency within the scope of the Attraction Centers Support Program, Varank stated that they have developed projects that will improve the production, employment and export capacity of cities that are centers of attraction in disadvantaged, migrant regions.

Stating that they have implemented 134 projects worth 3.3 billion liras in the program they have implemented in 10 more provinces with Van, Varank said, "We invested 213 million liras in the project at current prices, but I think it was worth every penny.
