The "Esenler Municipality Youth Iftars" event was held with the participation of Minister Varank, Esenler Mayor Tevfik Göksu and many young people. In his speech at the event, Minister Varank stated that he accepted the offer of Esenler Mayor Tevfik Göksu to have iftar with the young people without hesitation, and said, "As a minister, I attach great importance to the opinions of young people, who are the future of our country, on everything from economy to technology, from science to social life, and I frequently I try to get together with them and take into account their assessment of the work we do." he said.

TEKNOFEST GENERATION

Emphasizing that it is possible to have the desired wealth in the world, but that wealth does not mean anything when there is no youth to transfer it, Varank said, “We have tried to put our youth in the most important places in every action we have done so far. Some may try to keep our youth on the agenda only with street interviews, but we prefer to listen to the young people who will shape the world of the future, as they talk about science and technology, ecology, art and sports. Against those who try to put our youth into different stereotypes by saying X, Y, Z with meaningless letters, we name our young people with a beautiful name, we call them the TEKNOFEST generation. We want to keep our youth, who will build the future, on the agenda with their success here. There are definitely some among you who attended TEKNOFEST and witnessed the excitement there.
