Accordingly, the programs can be planned for a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 hours a day and not exceeding the legal 45 hours per week, provided that they do not exceed 6 days a week. 9 Who can participate? Those who meet the conditions announced by İŞKUR can benefit from the program: - Being unemployed registered with the Institution, - Having completed the age of 15, - Not having a first or second degree blood relative or spouse of the employer, - Not being retired, - Employee of the employer who applied to the program in the three months before the start of the program. - Not having paid premiums for long-term insurance branches in the last 1 month before the start of the program, - Having benefited from business and vocational counseling services.
