Şanlıurfa Metropolitan Mayor Zeynel Abidin Beyazgül, who always stands by the young people in the light of the promise "Investing in Youth is Investment in the Future" in Şanlıurfa, Turkey's youngest city with an average age of 20.4 years, received the award from President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the festival held in Ankara.
