KOSGEB will support the digital transformation consultancy service received by small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the manufacturing sector up to 10 thousand liras.
KOSGEB President Hasan Basri Kurt stated that the institution will support the digital transformation consultancy service received by SMEs operating in the manufacturing sector, up to 10 thousand liras.
Kurt gave information about KOSGEB Digital Transformation Consultancy Support.
Stating that the Ministry of Industry and Technology has started an important study for the rapidly increasing digitalization needs of SMEs with the Kovid-19 epidemic, Kurt said that in this context, the current status of enterprises will be analyzed in order to achieve digital transformation in SMEs, digital transformation needs will be determined in line with business objectives and roadmaps will be prepared. He said he would be ready.
Pointing out that the digital transformation roadmaps will be created by consultants trained in the aforementioned field, Kurt noted that KOSGEB signed a cooperation protocol with TÜBİTAK Turkey Industry Management Institute (TÜSSIDE) in order to certify the consultants in question. Hasan Basri Kurt stated that SMEs can also receive services from digital transformation consultants certified by TÜBİTAK TÜSSIDE.
3 Thousand Businesses in the First Stage
Emphasizing that TÜBİTAK TÜSSIDE has completed its work by modeling the "D3A Digital Transformation and Evaluation Tool" developed by Boğaziçi University in order to spread it throughout the country, Kurt said:
"The model has been rapidly expanded to businesses and enriched with the addition of roadmap, additional reporting and analysis modules. TÜBİTAK TÜSSIDE has prepared a training program to train consultants who will guide the digital transformation of businesses using the Digital Transformation and Evaluation Tool. Employees in the manufacturing industry, managers, consultants, Academicians and industry experts will be able to attend these trainings.In the trainings, which will be attended by candidates with at least an associate degree, training will be provided in three main groups: 4th Industrial Revolution technologies, D3A Digital Transformation Assessment Tool and its use, and consultancy skills. Stating that those who successfully complete the training will be given their documents digitally, Kurt explained that businesses can also work with a consultant with a digital badge to have their digital roadmaps prepared.
Noting that KOSGEB will also support businesses that receive service from consultants with digital badges, Kurt said:
"KOSGEB will support the digital transformation consultancy service received by small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the manufacturing sector up to 10 thousand liras. Businesses registered and active in the KOSGEB database will be able to benefit from the Digital Transformation Consultancy Support, which will be included in the Enterprise Development Support Program of the institution. With the commissioning, it is aimed to determine the digital transformation roadmaps by measuring the digital maturity level of approximately 3 thousand enterprises in the first stage."
Informing that applications to the Digital Transformation Consultancy Training Program can be made until May 8, Kurt stated that the trainings are planned to start on May 29.
