TWO NEW SUPPORT FROM Credit Guarantee Fund

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan announced the launch of two new support programs through the Credit Guarantee Fund. With the Additional Employment Support Program, businesses that employ 10-50 people will be able to benefit from this support with the recruitment commitments they will sign from state banks. The Credit Guarantee Fund will provide counter-guarantees to the enterprises that will invest in the provinces in the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th regions by obtaining an incentive certificate with the Manufacturing-Based Import Substitution Support.

President Erdoğan said that within the scope of the Additional Employment Support Program, loans up to 100 thousand liras will be given for each new employment with the guarantee of the Credit Guarantee Fund. President Erdoğan said that enterprises that will create employment by investing in 58 provinces and districts located in the 3, 4, 5 and 6 incentive zones from the Manufacturing Based Import Substitution Support Program will also benefit from the Credit Guarantee Fund guarantee.

Answering questions about the economy agenda in the TRT Special Broadcast, President Erdoğan stated that they announced two important support packages and continued as follows:

WE DID NOT LEAVE ANYONE ALONE: One of them is the additional employment support package, the other is the manufacturing-based import substitution support package.

Just as we have stood by our nation for 19 years, from industrialists to tradesmen, to the low-income, we have not and will not leave anyone alone in this process. We have not neglected it, we will not. Because we are in power with this nation.

FOR EVERY NEW EMPLOYMENT: If you ask what our support package for additional employment is, we provide our small and medium-sized enterprises with access to loans with a Credit Guarantee Fund guarantee of up to 100 thousand TL for each new employment due to their contribution to employment for our companies with less than 50 employees.

TARGET 50 THOUSAND EMPLOYMENTS: Social Security Institution employee and employer shares of our businesses that want to benefit from this package through İŞKUR will be deducted from loan interests until the end of 12 months. Thus, we will be providing interest-free loans to our businesses that will create new employment. Our aim is to open the way for 50 thousand new employments by making 11 thousand of our companies benefit from this loan, the total amount of which reaches 10 billion TL, in a short time.

LONG-TERM LOAN OPPORTUNITY: In addition, we have a manufacturing-based import substitution support package, with which we will support and support investments that prioritize production and exports by creating long-term credit opportunities. In particular, we have good news for our entrepreneurs who will create employment by investing in 58 provinces and districts located in the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th incentive regions.

THE MOVEMENT PROGRAM IS ALSO INCLUDED: We are paving the way for these entrepreneurs to make investments with an interest support of up to 7 points to be given by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, with the guarantee of the Treasury-backed Credit Guarantee Fund.
