MEET WITH THOSE YOUTH DISCUSSING THE SOLAR SYSTEM

Young people from Konya, whose discussion about the solar system is on the agenda on social media, will participate in TEKNOFEST's events to be held in Azerbaijan this year. Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa Varank met with those young people in Konya and announced that they would host them at the TEKNOFEST Azerbaijan Sky Observation Festival to reinforce their knowledge.

Minister Varank opened the Capsule Technology Platform in Konya with the youth who responded to the social media invitation. Expressing that they were mocked when they announced that they would establish a science center in Yozgat, Varank said, "We will equip every part of Anatolia with science centers and we want to pave the way for all our young people to adapt to science and technology."

OPENING WITH 300 YOUTH

After finishing the Karaman program, Varank wrote on his Twitter account, "Precious young people of Konya, I'm leaving Karaman now. I would like to open a very special place with you. Varank, who opened the Capsule Technology Platform Zindankale Campus, which was established within the scope of Konya Metropolitan Municipality, with the youth, then answered the questions of the young people. Varank stated that they see the youth as the greatest companions in the construction of the future Turkey, and said that as a ministry, they carry out intensive programs and activities for the youth.

Underlining that the center, which was opened, should be filled with young people, Varank said, "This place will be open 24 hours a day. Young people will be able to do their projects here. They will benefit from laboratories. They will study, if they do nothing, they will sit on the couches." said.

ASELSAN KONYA

Minister Varank, upon the invitation of the ASELSAN Konya Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School student to the school, said, "I hope we will come there one day. ASELSAN has pioneered a visionary business here. It has made an important contribution by realizing the vocational and technical Anatolian high school in Ankara and Konya. He took a step forward. He also made a very serious investment in Konya Technology Industrial Zone. The most important defense industry products that Turkey needs are produced in ASELSAN Konya. They have different plans for the coming period. More value-added and technological products are here There are plans to develop it." he replied.

TÜBİTAK IS COMING

Noting that this way, young people studying at vocational high schools and universities can find a job more easily, Varank said, “As a continuation of this step, we also have infrastructures that we want to bring to our Konya with TÜBTAK. We will bring 1-2 technology centers of TUBITAK here. In addition, we have plans to bring 2 infrastructures to Konya in industrial areas that are not currently produced. The presence of TÜBİTAK here will both contribute to the economy of this city and we will have signed high-tech works together with our industry."

Varank later met with Hasan Hüseyin Karaoğlu, Furkan Şaban Sarı, Nurullah Yıldız and Murat Seyit Kağnıcıoğlu, whose discussion about the movements of celestial bodies went viral on social media in 2020.
