Minister Varank attended the TOKİ Turnkey Ceremony of 135 houses in the Islamic District of the Bahçe district of Osmaniye. In his speech here, Varank stated that investments continue in Turkey and under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, they continue their work and service policy without slowing down. Varank stated that they continue to make investments that will strengthen the economy of cities and increase the welfare of citizens all over the country. Stating that they have opened huge projects and investments in many cities, Varank said that they brought the most modern facilities of Turkey in the leather and gold sectors, which are the dynamo of production and employment, to the country.

850 THOUSAND SOCIAL HOUSINGS IN 81 CITIES

Stating that TOKİ carries out works that offer better quality, safe and healthy living environments to citizens, Varank reminded that they have built a total of 1 million 100 thousand social housing in 81 provinces since 2002. Minister Varank stated that they will bring 135 houses together with their owners in Osmaniye today and said, “In 2023, we will continue on our way, we will increase the number of these social housings to 1 million 200 thousand all over Turkey because we have a dream. We will raise the people of this country to the level of contemporary civilizations they deserve, and we will build a great and powerful Turkey together, by Allah's leave. We will do this by increasing our actions even more.” he said.

122 HOUSING SECOND STAGE

TOKİ President Ömer Bulut stated that they have started the work of the second phase of 122 residences, which is the continuation of the 135 residences delivered today in Osmaniye, and that the project will be completed in April and the tender process will begin.
